How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please double-check your address before confirming your purchase. If you entered an incorrect address, contact the local carrier directly using the tracking information provided. For carrier details, email us at Support@pridora.com.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. Below are estimated delivery times (excluding processing days):

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 48 hours for tracking details to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, contact us at Support@pridora.com.

Are there additional fees for international orders?

Your order may incur import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in your country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in your purchase price.



Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of damage/defect. Contact us first at Support@pridora.com to receive a return label. Self-shipped returns without a label are not eligible for refunds.


How do I start a return?

  1. Email Support@pridora.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll provide a return label (if applicable) and instructions.

  3. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed in 5–10 business days.


What items are ineligible for refunds?

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders still in transit.

  • Items damaged after use.

  • Currency conversion fees.

  • Returns shipped without prior approval.


What if I received a damaged/defective item?

Email us immediately at Support@pridora.com with proof of damage. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.


What if I chose the wrong size/color?

We’ll replace the item free of charge! You only cover return shipping costs.

What personal data do you collect?
